Company “Multiwash Surf” Steel Modular Treatment Plant.
Description: 2 ea. – 1400gpm (2 MGD) Steel Modular Water Treatment Units,
consisting of a pretreatment contact flocculation / absorption clarifier
zone and a polishing filter zone. Units include all necessary instruments,
controls, control panel, pneumatic valves, air compressor system, air
backwash system (including blower and piping), piping headers, steel
stairways and catwalks with handrails and various appurtenances to provide a
fully functional system. The multi media in both zones will need to be
refurbished or replaced. Specification/Application: These units were
manufactured in 1994 by General Filter Company. The model is a “Multiwash
Surf” Steel Modular Treatment Plant. They were used by a municipal utility
district to produce potable water, by treating surface water from a lake.
The physical dimensions of each unit is approximately 11’-0”W x 39’-0” L x
11’-0” H. |
